Westchester School of Beauty Culture si the best for education. I passed my state board exams the first time thanks to the teachers and staff. If you are willing to put in the work they will work with you. I was so surprised when I was in the exam after I completed each task I would look around the room to see what all the other ladies were doing; they were not half as prepared as me. Mrs. Patty helped me to organise my kit for the exams and all I had to do was just pull out the bag with the number for the task at hand.
