Our school opened in 1959 with its origins being the hairdressing experience of my father-in-law. It has since continued to operate as a family owned cosmetology school among the beauty schools Westchester NY, offering programs on hairdressing and cosmetology classes. We are an accredited school that also offers cosmetology services, including hair styling, makeup, basic manicure/pedicure, waxing, and more.
We are not a big corporation and we have chosen to remain so over the past decades because we want to continue offering a friendly, warm, neighborhood-type of service to our students and customers. Since we started, we have trained more than 3,000 people who went on to work as cosmetologists in some of the biggest salons or open their own salons in New York, California, Florida, and around the world. Others have chosen to become nail technicians, beauty consultants, platform artists, product representatives, trainers, makeup artists, and teachers. Our 7,500 square feet of school area that boasts of four theory/lab rooms, administrative offices, a senior area, reception areas, storage areas, and a student lounge. The entire area is also designed to accommodate persons with disability.
